Q) Can you tell us more about your institute 'BestVidya'?
BestVidya is an online coaching institute that teaches students of classes 5th to 12th. Our Great Online LIVE Daily (GOLD) classes are conducted on digital platforms like Google Meet, Zoom wherein a students attends these LIVE sessions via internet from the comfort of his/her home without having to travel to a physical coaching class or tuition.

Q) Do you guide/coach students for competitive exams like Bal Vaidnyanik or Olympiads like IOQM, NSEJS etc.?
Our GOLD batches and programs are designed to prepare a child for not just for his/her school exams but also for, and primarily for, competitive exams like Maths Olympiad (IOQM, RMO, InMO, IMO), Science Olympiads (NSEJS, NSEA, NSEP, etc.), Homi Bhabha Bal Vaidnyanik Competition, etc. Our foundation batches also lay a strong foundation for further medical entrance exams like NEET, JIPMER etc. and for engineering entrance exams like JEE Main, IIT-JEE Advanced, BITSAT etc.

Q) What is an IIT/NEET Foundation course?
An IIT/NEET Foundation course is a preparatory program designed to strengthen concepts in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology for students of classes 7th to 10th. The primary aim in these batches is to build a strong fundamental base for medical entrance exams like NEET, JIPMER etc. and for engineering entrance exams like JEE Main, IIT-JEE Advanced, BITSAT etc. in addition to other competitive exams during their academic journey from 7th Std to 12th Std.

Q) Who should enroll in an IIT/NEET Foundation course?
Students of classes 7th, 8th, 9th, or 10th who are interested in pursuing engineering or medical career down-the-line from prestigious institutions like the IITs, NITs, AIIMS, JIPMER etc. and those who are currently aiming for competitive exams like Homi Bhabha's Bal Vaidnyanik Competition, Maths Olympiads (RMO/InMO), Science Olympiads (NSEJS, SEHSS, SOF etc.) should definitely consider enrolling for our Great Online LIVE Daily (GOLD) batches.

Q) What is the duration of the IIT/NEET Foundation course?
All IIT/NEET Foundation programs are broadly one-year long i.e. 12 month long courses. These programs include Great Online LIVE Daily (GOLD) classes runs throughout the academic year.
Our IIT/NEET foundation batches for classes 7th to 10th Std are starting on 02nd March 2026 (Monday) and they will continue till February 2027. Thus our GOLD batches have perfect alignment with a student's school calendar thereby allowing consistent learning & revision.

Q) How is this course different from regular school teaching?
The course goes beyond school syllabus by focusing on conceptual clarity, logical reasoning, and advanced problem-solving skills essential for competitive exams.

Q) Is it necessary to join IIT/NEET Foundation at class 7 or 8th or 9th Std level?
While not mandatory, starting in class 7 or 8 or 9 gives every student a head-start, which surely helps in building gradually a strong academic foundation that eventually helps immensely in higher classes of 10th, 11th and 12th Std. 

Q) Are the classes conducted online or offline?
IIT/NEET Foundation courses at BestVidya.com are available only in the ONLINE format wherein a student gets to learn from the comfort of his/her home. These comprehensive online batches have personalized live classes, regular tests for effective practice along with interactive doubt-solving sessions.

Q) What subjects are covered in the IIT/NEET Foundation course?
The IIT/NEET Foundation course includes daily classes of Mathematics and Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). To help students prepare for competitive exams like Bal Vaidnyanik, IOQM (Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics), NSEJS (National Standard Exam in Junior Science) etc., even Mental Ability and Logical Reasoning topics are taught in our IIT/NEET foundation batches to improve problem-solving ability and analytical skills of students.

Q) How many students are there in one batch of BestVidya?
At BestVidya, we enrol only 12 students per batch for classes from 5th Std. to 9th Std. For 10th, 11th and 12th Std. batches, we enrol only 16 students per batch. We genuinely believe that with the right kind of motivation, PERSONALIZED ATTENTION and a consistent quality coaching even a tiny batch size of 12 students can produce mega results. For us, any kind of academic progress of a child in the right direction is always a positive sign. So, our team of teachers and support staff encourage students, on a regular basis, to learn to improvise themselves on various academic fronts.

Q) WHY DO YOU CLAIM TO BE THE 'BEST' IN THE IIT/NEET FOUNDATION FIELD?
For our IIT/NEET Foundation batches, we use the word 'GOLD' which stands for 'Great Online LIVE Daily'.
Since classes are conducted everyday over the internet and a student attends these sessions while sitting comfortably & safely in his/her home, we call them 'Online' & 'Daily'.

All our classes are totally LIVE wherein the teacher is available then and there not just to explain and teach but also to immediately solve any and every query/doubt raised in class by a student.
On both sides (i.e. teacher's and student's) cameras are kept on all throughout the lecture. This helps in improving concentration and alertness of a student during the class.
Any conversation or a doubt resolution a student wants to have with the teacher, during the LIVE class, is kept in a verbal manner wherein the child unmutes his/her audio and asks the query. Since it a closed and small group of students attending sessions everyday, we totally avoid chat box conservations. Asking questions verbally and getting them resolved instantly & properly to the satisfaction of a student, lies at the core of our mission of "IMPROVING LEARNING OUTCOMES IN EVERY SESSION".

Also, and most importantly, we have consciously NOT recorded any of our classes so far. From our side, a lot of careful thought, deliberation and experience-based understanding has gone into taking this conscious decision of keeping every class at BestVidya a 100% LIVE and fresh one. This has helped us in ensuring that every student takes down notes in her/his notebook as our faculty writes it on a white-board in real time.

Q) How are students assessed during the course?
Students are regularly assessed through quizzes, assignments, chapter-wise tests, and mock exams to track progress and reinforce learning. Every Saturday, an online test is conducted on the completed chapter(s). For 10th and 12th Std. students, who have their important Board exams, even OFFLINE tests are conducted which are pen- & paper-based handwritten tests taken by students at their respective homes.
All tests (Online/Offline) are nicely evaluated with in-depth feedback provided to each and every student.
Detailed Solutions, and not just the answer keys, of each and every question of the conducted test paper is sent across to all students. Scored marks with proper analysis are shared immediately via WhatsApp/Email with parent of every child.

Q) Will this course help in school exams too?
Yes, the course not only prepares for competitive exams but also enhances school performance by providing deeper understanding of school syllabus.

Q) Is study material given to students in the IIT/NEET Foundation course?
Yes. Comprehensive study material including textbooks, practice worksheets, and online resources tailored to the course structure are provided to all students of our IIT/NEET Foundation programs.

This online setup of BestVidya.com, was started in the month of May 2025 with a focused approach towards building strong foundation of PCMB (Phy-Chem-Maths-Bio) in students of classes 7th to 10th Std.
